I created this painting inspired by local wildlife. With the intricate detail and border based on works by pre-raphaelite masters, William Morris floral designs and medieval illuminated manuscipts. Resulting in a unique window into the whimiscal world of nature.

Returns
I accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
•In its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
•In the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact me at Jasminesmartfineart@outlook.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. I’ll provide you with instructions for returning the artwork.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
•Custom or personalized artwork.
•Bespoke services; including commissions and hand-embellished prints made to order.
•Any item that is damaged after delivery due to mishandling or neglect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos of packaging before being opened and photos of the damage. I will offer a replacement or full refund for items damaged during shipping due to courier. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as I cannot guarantee I will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
I do not currently offer exchanges, but if you wish to return an item and place a new order, I would be happy to assist.
